Hello, Volunteer!

Thank you for your interest in A Child’s Dream. We are thrilled that you’ve chosen to donate your time to help our families on Saturday, April 18, 2026.

Location: Boys & Girls Club – San Pedro

1200 S. Cabrillo Ave, San Pedro, CA 90731

Total Volunteer Hours: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

(We ask for a minimum commitment of 4 hours or the full day.)

 

What to Expect

Volunteers are the heart of this event! You will help with setting up, distributing toys, clothing, and food, packing hygiene products, and assisting families in line.

Volunteer Meeting: (Starts promptly at 10:15 AM)

This is a high-energy group meeting where you will meet the ACDCA founder and staff. You'll learn about our mission, our sponsors, and your specific duties for the day!

 

Volunteer Requirements

  • Age: Volunteers must be 16 years or older.

  • Minors: Teens aged 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult (21+) and must submit a signed ACDCA Volunteer Waiver & Release Form. The required Volunteer Waiver & Release of Liability is included at the end of this digital registration for your convenience.

  • Check-In: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to check in and receive your volunteer badge.

 

Parking: Arrive early to find local parking.
