Thank you for your interest in A Child’s Dream Annual Outreach. We are excited that you want to volunteer!
Our Annual Outreach Community Distributions are held in Culver City, CA on Saturdays, during the hours of 11 am- 2 pm.
To volunteer for the Outreach (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY):
Each volunteer must complete a Volunteer Form.
Volunteer hours are from 7:30am-3:00pm.
VOLUNTEER MEETING WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 10AM!
We ask volunteers to commit to a minimum of two hours.
We will need volunteers to help set-up for the event, distribute toys, food, personal hygiene products, monitor families waiting in line, and more.
NOTE: Children 16+ are welcome to volunteer. Children ages 16-17 need to be accompanied by an adult 21+ years old.
Volunteering is a great way to connect with others in the community. As you volunteer in a team environment, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with others at A Child’s Dream-CA. So whether your gift is teaching, music, mentoring, design, administration, construction, technology, or something else altogether, we invite you to volunteer on one of the many outreach teams at A Child’s Dream-CA. • Holiday Outreach Volunteer
Description: Help distribute gifts, personal hygiene products, dry and canned good items to children and their families in our community. There are a variety of service options available including doing crafts, providing security, setting up for the event. The Community Outreach Holiday Event is held each December.
• Back-to-School Outreach Volunteer
Description: Back to School Organizer help to distribute free backpacks filled with school supplies and a light dinner to families in need. Help organize and stuff backpacks with school supplies. The Back to School Community Outreach Event is held in August.
