ACDCA 2024 HOLIDAY VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS

Hello Vendors,

 

Thank you for your interest in A Child’s Dream-CA Annual Outreach. We are excited that you will be joining us as a vendor during our Annual Holiday Giveaway & Resource Fair on Saturday, December 14, 2024.

The event hours are from 11:00 am - 2 pm; vendor hours are from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm.

As you know, participation in the Outreach offers you a great opportunity to connect directly with families in the community.

Set-up time: 9:00 AM- 9:45 am (All exhibitors must be set up by 9:50 am).

• ACDCA will Provide each vendor with 1 six-foot table and 2 chairs. Free WIFI is available. Please note that there is NO Electricity access available at the event. As the resource fair will be outdoors, we strongly encourage you to bring a pop-up tent for optimal protection from the elements. We also encourage you to add some festive flair to your booth! Holiday decorations and themed giveaways can enhance the holiday spirit and create a welcoming atmosphere for families.

• Vendors are required to be on time. If you need more time to set-up, you may arrive 30 minutes earlier. Vendors who are not on time, will not be able to set up.

 

Morning Meeting: 10 am **

Clean-up Time: 2PM-3PM

• Vendors may not leave before 2 pm.

 

**VOLUNTEER MEETING WILL BEGIN PROMPTLY AT 10 AM!

Parking: Park in the parking lot located on Culver Blvd. (Arrive EARLY to find parking)
