You understand and agree that this media may be used in any and all of A Child's Dream-CA's publications, including web-based platforms, social media, and promotional materials, for educational, promotional, or other lawful purposes, without payment or other consideration. You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears, and any right to royalties or other compensation arising from the use of this media. You release A Child's Dream-CA from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, or representatives may have by reason of this authorization. You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or if you are under 18 years of age, you have obtained the required consent of your parent/guardian."
